Can I bring my own number?
You can. The process is a bit different for this, so please email us at tim@eastbound.io to get started with this process.
Is there a limit to how many pages I can send or receive?
There is no limit on sending or receiving. You will be billed $.04 per page at the start of next month's billing cycle.
What kind of files can I send?
For now, we require that you send us a PDF. We hope to add other formats in the future.
Do I have to send an attachment?
Yes. Any text in the body of your email will be ignored. We only care about the fax number in the subject and the PDF attachment.
Do I have to wait for a fax to send before sending another?
No. We will handle sending your faxes, even if you start 100 of them at the same time.
How do you know it's me?
You are only able to start a fax with the email addresses or addresses we have on file. If you send us a fax from another email, we will reply back reminding you that we do not know who you are.
